| All smokers are custom built. Our smokers start out as flat metal, laying on the ground, with the exception of the main tank. The main tank starts out as 24" casings. Casings are 3/8" thick steel. The fire boxes are 1/2" plate. The trailer is not really a trailer at all, but rather, a part of the smoker. It is constructed of 6" channel. The smoker in Gallery 1 is approximately 14' 8" in length. All hinges, except for the jerky box, are hand made from 3/4" rolled rod. The jerky box is made from 1/4" plate. The main center support is 3/8", 3 1/2 " square tube. It is one continuous piece from front to rear. A hole is cut in the front 6" section of the frame rail, and passed thru. The drain even passes thru, and is welded to the center support. Every piece began as a flat piece of steel. The only non on site fabricated pieces, are the axle spindles. Spindles are Chevy bolt pattern. Prices very depending on what you want. Currently smaller smokers are in the works.
